ACOUSTIC ANALYSIS
We analyse and verify zero crossing and full-spectrum bat acoustic calls from static detectors using a range of software platforms -AnalookW, Analook Insight, and Wildlife Acoustics Kaleidoscope Pro (KaPro). We can analyse acoustic and geo-referenced data from walked transects using Elekon BatExplorer, Anabat Insight or KaPro, with bat encounters plotted on maps. We can charge either an hourly rate analysing 1000 calls per hour or a rate per detector night (£25-£30) depending on the level of bat activity. We return results within seven days, but we are adaptable to meet your needs. We analyse each call to individual species except Myotis, which we analyse to genus unless specifically requested to species. We also offer the analysis of the Myotis genus to species for an additional cost. Please get in touch for any further information or to discuss your particular needs.
R MARKDOWN TEMPLATES
We produce template documents using R markdown which can be automatically updated with new acoustic analysis results. The template report includes common text and draws on tables and maps, updating the report with new data they are produced for new projects. This can save an enormous amount of time for your company. We can produce a one-off template at a set change, which starts from £1,000 and may increase depending on the complexity of the document. We can also run the code and update reports as they come in if required. After a template is produced a standard operating procedure will be provided on how to update the report using R markdown.
